The Uptown Cigar Club was founded in 2010 by a group of friends who wanted to create a cigar lounge, a space where people could come together and enjoy their shared interests. Since then, we've grown into a community of over 50 members.

We welcome members from all backgrounds and strive to create a welcoming environment for everyone. We also prioritize giving back to the community through volunteering and charitable donations, particularly to U.S. Military Veterans.

Many of our Members have proudly served
Supporting Our Active Duty Men & Women and Veterans
To support both active duty and military veterans, the Uptown Cigar Club participates in a variety of programs to show its appreciation to the men and women of the armed forces. Since its founding, the Club has donated thousands of dollars to Veterans organizations. It has also made donations directly to veterans who have been befallen by hard times. Most recently, for example, it donated $600 to an Iraq war veteran whose home had been severely damaged by a flood.
Three times annually, usually in conjunction with its cigars dinners, the Club collects cigars from members and guests which are then shipped to overseas destinations where active duty personnel defend the country. Within the interior confines of the Club, there is a special and sacred "Missing Man" table on display to constantly remind us of the men and women who made the Ultimate Sacrifice or remain Missing in Action.
More than half of the Club members are military veterans. They are also members of Veterans of Foreign Wars, the American Legion, and Disabled American Veterans, as well as numerous other local veterans' organizations.
If you're a veteran, you'll find like-minded people here who share in the proud tradition of proudly and honorably serving our country.
